What are MILFs and DILFs?
Milfs and DILFs seem to be omnipresent these days. Even educators are confused: “You think the older sister is picking up the child, and then it’s the mother!” A new trend? Yes! And a good one, too.
The other day, while I was standing in line to board at the airport, I noticed a woman: She looked very good and had a certain charisma. Men, and women too, were watching her. Some tried to flirt, others looked envious. “Mommy, Mommy! When is it finally going to start?” a child suddenly asked the woman. Wow!
The MILF (“Mum I’d like to fuck”) or DILF (“Daddy I’d like to fuck”) phenomenon originated in the porn industry and refers to mothers or fathers with a particularly high sexual attraction. But is this a new trend? Do mothers and fathers simply look better these days? In any case, according to a study by the sex film portal Pornhub.com, the search term “Mom” is in third place in many countries, and the search term “Milf” is also in third place worldwide. So, mothers are becoming increasingly more sought-after or desirable. Real MILF Porn content is very popular and I find it more arousing than most other porn content. Or is it just me?
Compliment or insult?
Milfs have become particularly well-known through the film American Pie and porn. There, attractive women over 40 or 50 are referred to as MILFs, “Mom I’d like to fuck,” often by their sons’ friends. While this shocks and disgusts their own children, some mothers perceive it more positively: “A younger man is attracted to me. So I’m still sexually attractive to other generations.” Initially, this term reduced women exclusively to their sexuality and motherhood.
Nowadays, the term MILF or DILF can also be considered a compliment. It expresses the idea that a woman or man, even at 40 or 50, can still keep up with the young, fit twenty-somethings. Wait a minute: Keeping up? That sounds like work and stress! Why should mothers or fathers put themselves through that? Quite simply: because it can be good for them.
Stars are setting an example
It’s by no means a coincidence that there are more MILFs and DILFs around these days. It’s a trend that celebrities are also setting an example for us: A few weeks after the birth of a child, the exercise routine slowly begins again. With certain exercises and wellness treatments, the stomach and breasts are brought back into shape, and the child is left with a nanny or grandmother so that the child can still get enough sleep. Stars and models like Heidi Klum are leading the way and showing that it can work. Okay, she had support with that.
Normal people don’t even have the opportunity to do that. After all, mothers and fathers should rather enjoy the time with their child, who is growing up far too quickly, don’t you think? Yes, but parents shouldn’t neglect themselves; rather, they should think about their own needs and well-being. And this is precisely what parents can learn from MILFs and DILFs: Mothers and fathers shouldn’t sink into their clichéd role models—simply following the motto: Now it’s all about work and family. No! Parents should reclaim themselves and their sexual desires, or maintain them. Because taking care of yourself, nurturing your relationship with yourself, and being able to feel and respond to your own needs and desires isn’t a chore—it’s a gift to yourself and contributes to your well-being and health.
So instead of devoting all your love and time to your child, it’s important to also love yourself and take care of your own well-being. This includes nutrition and exercise, leisure activities, meeting friends, and, of course, sex. All of this helps parents focus more on themselves. The result is contentment, charisma, and certain things that make you happy.
